UMX Studio will be mentioned in this Agreement only as UMX Studio and it also represents:

Accessing or using and \ or downloading or Installing Software UMX Studio’s (Applications or Games) and \ or the website http://umxstudio.co so you agree the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you don’t agree, then you should not access https://umxstudio.co  or \ and use and \ or download UMX Studio’s (Applications or Games).

Note : Applications (Games): It is a PC application designed to run on smart phones, Tablets and other portable devices. They can be downloaded from  App Store – Google Play – Steam – PlayStation Store – Epic Store. Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement. Please review this Agreement periodically as it is continuously updated.

Introduction

This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and UMX Studio. By ending the User License Agreement, you end using the website https://umxstudio.co  and \ or downloading and \ or installing UMX Studio’s software (Applications – Games). In addition to, this End User License Agreement is applied to the automatic updates, extras, appendixes and Internet-based and non-Internet-based services related to software (Applications – Games) that we may provide or provide to you. Our Privacy Policy describes the information we collect and how we use and share this information. This Agreement shall be in Arabic and English. The Agreement in Arabic is the original and basic one which is based on it.

These periodic updates may include additions, changes or modifications, as well as adding any other functions. We retain the right to add, change or stop any part of our applications or games in any way, only at its sole discretion. UMX Studio retains the right, without the need for any license or permission, if the content is created from its software (Applications – Games) published on stores or unpublished, or the user creates a content through the software (Applications – Games) to use that content without restrictions or for any commercial purposes, including advertising, etc., as well as for any other purposes under any classification.

The Granted License

As per the terms of the End User License Agreement, UMX Studio gives you a revocable, non-exclusive, limited, and unauthorized license to install and use one copy of the Software (Applications – Games) on a single device.

Services and games are provided to you for your personal and non-commercial use only. It’s not allowed to sell, rent or give away your account. You can create an account with the nickname you want in one condition that it is not limited to immoral, abusive, violent or terrorist groups. We may also ban any user without reference to him if he violates the above or other naming conditions without explaining the reasons.

UMX Studio retains the ownership rights to the Site and the Software (Applications – Games), including all proprietary and intellectual Property rights therein. All rights not granted here are reserved to UMX Studio. All copyrights and ownership rights in the Site and the Software (Applications – Games) (including without limitation any content, images, graphics, video, audio, text and other features included in the Site and the Software (Applications – Games), and any copies of the Site and Software (Applications – Games) are protected by copyright laws and treaty provisions, as well as other intellectual Property laws, so you must treat the Site and the Software (Applications – Games) as any other copyrighted material, except what is mentioned in the End User License Agreement, you may not copy the Site and Software(Application – games) or any other attached materials because the Software (Applications – Games) contain proprietary information for UMX Studio, you agree to: (a) not to copy, reproduce, or distribute directly or indirectly, make, or disclose , Report, publish, disclose the status, or otherwise transmit anything on the websites or to any third party, and (b) use the software (applications- games) for non-personal use and may never be used commercially without prior permission and official from UMX Studio only.

Additional Conditions

You are not permitted to make any changes or request others to make changes to the site or software (Applications – Games), including reverse engineering, decompiling the site or software (Applications – Games), or modifying it in any way or disassembling the site and software (Applications – Games). Any modification to the Site and the Software (Applications – Games) remains the exclusive property of UMX Studio. UMX Studio may stop your right to access and use the Site and the Software (Applications – Games) its sole discretion  and for any reason. Without prejudice to any other rights, we retain the right to terminate the End User License Agreement immediately in case you violate any terms of this End User License Agreement, and to investigate and cooperate with the competent legal authorities with respect to any illegal or unauthorized acts involving your use of the Site and Software (Applications – Games) or this modified End User License Agreement. You must be at least 18 years of age to access this End User License Agreement for Site and Software License. As a condition of your use of our Site and our Software, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old. UMX Studio has no control over the third-party sites that you may have access to, including those linked to our site and through those sites accessed through advertising.

Therefore, UMX Studio is not responsible for the content or the function of any other website or software that include apps or games, and disclaims any liability in any way from any websites you access via direct access or access through the functions of the site or software (Applications – Games). The terms and privacy policies applicable to these sites govern your use of these sites.

Ads through apps (games, etc.)

When you install a UMX Studio (Applications – Games) program, you will be given free access to it with premium games that are not available unless the software is installed. By installing the software, you will be served ads such as video, text, interstitials, pop-ups, and all ad formats across programs (Applications – Games) based on the web content you see or programs (Applications – Games) (these ads will be referred to as “Ads”) . UMX Studio cannot be held liable for any damages resulting directly or indirectly.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your activities when using the Site and Software (Applications – Games).

You may not disclose, share or allow others to use your password, or use the passwords of others. You agree that you are personally responsible for the use of your account in the Services or Software (Applications – Games), and for all communications and activity related thereto.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Services and any third parties you may interact with through the Services or Software (Applications – Games).

UMX Studio shall not be liable for any damages incurred to you, including, but not limited to, physical, psychological or physical damages to you as a result of your use of the Services or Software (Applications – Games).

UMX Studio may or may not at its sole discretion to update its software (Applications – Games) on your device, but there’s no obligation to provide you with any updates. We retain the right to add, change or discontinue any part of our Software (Applications – Games) in any way, at our sole discretion, UMX Studio retain the right to make changes to this End User License Agreement. Please check this page periodically for changes. Any such amendment represents the End User License Agreement, so your continued use of the Site and the Software (Applications – Games) indicates your acceptance of this amended End User License Agreement. If you do not accept any term of this End User License Agreement, you must Uninstalling programs (Applications – Games) from your device and stop using them, Do not uninstall programs (Applications – Games) or your continued use of the programs (Applications – Games) is an acceptance of the revised End User License Agreement.
